State Court Solicitor

The Solicitor General prosecutes misdemeanor cases in Paulding County State Court. This is the State Court equivalent of the District Attorney’s office. The Solicitor’s office handles plea negotiations, trial preparation, and case dispositions for all misdemeanor matters.
