The Superior Court is located on the Watson Government Complex in Dallas, sharing the same building as State Court, Magistrate Court, and Probate Court. Parking is available on-site and is generally free for the public.

The Paulding Judicial Circuit

Paulding County is its own judicial circuit. The Paulding Judicial Circuit was created in 2002, carved out of the larger Tallapoosa Judicial Circuit. That means the Superior Court here only handles Paulding County cases, which is unusual among Georgia counties.
